Description Seeking motivated, quick learner to work in the customer service department of a fast growing, fun and lively promotional products supplier. We've been in business for 15 years and continue to grow. We are looking for a well-organized, well spoken, positive person to join our busy Customer Service team. We've won awards for great service and are regularly recognized within our industry for great products, terrific people and for providing professional level service to our customers. Of course you are able to speak and write effectively and are not shy about being proactive to serve the customer.
Here's what's key
You'll be receiving orders and entering them into our order entry systems.
You will respond, research and resolve customer inquiries.
There will be a high volume of daily email and phone contact with our customers.
You won't be selling, but you will look up prices, verify charges and ensure that all orders are accurately interpreted and completed.

Comfortable taking notes and ensuring information is accurately recorded in the right systems.
Here's what's key
Properly formulate all refinish coatings including primers/undercoats, base or color coats and clear coats as directed.
Provide properly matched (OEM spec) refinish color products in “ready to spray” formulas to painter, utilizing all color tools provided by paint supplier (i.e., spray out cards, vehicle production data, chip cards, etc.) .
Mix only the amount of refinish products (primer, base and clear) required to cover repair/refinish area and limit waste, using paint suppliers “mix-management system” .
Mix paint and primers to exact specification for each order Properly clean and maintain all paint formulation and spray application equipment (i.e., paint guns, mixing system, computer equipment, etc.) as directed by management .
Update all paint supplier color, technical data and SDS material as received.
Assure paint area and paint mix/storage rooms are clean and all refinish products are stored as directed.
Manage inventory and order supplies to meet production needs.
Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety, health, and compliance procedures. Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with safety excellence.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Ability to color-match by eye the formulated paint and the required color.
Excellent attention to detail •Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds (tools, paint canisters, etc.).
Prior paint experience a plus, but not required.
Schedule : M-F, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, longer days or weekends may be required based on business needs.
This position requires you to stand and walk a minimum of eight hours per day and be positioned in an ink room.
