Acknowledgements
All purchase orders will be acknowledged via fax or e-mail. Any discrepancies must be addressed
prior to the ship date. All orders are processed and billed per our acknowledgments and are
considered final. All acknowledgements must be signed and returned to us in order to put
purchase order into production.
Artwork Requirements
Please send artwork via e-mail to art@gordonsinclair.com and include the company name,
phone and purchase order number on all e-mails. If necessary, you can send disk or camera ready
art as well. PC or MAC: Illustrator 9.0, Photoshop 7.0, CorelDraw 9.0, EPS are the only files that will
be accepted as electronic artwork. All files must be at least 600 dpi resolution. Factory reserves
the right to determine if artwork is acceptable. If artwork needs to be retouched, charges may
apply which will be determined before any work is done. Additional charges may apply if the
artwork needs more than a half hour of additional work. Artwork Return: No art will be returned to
customer. Artwork is held for a 12 month period from date of receipt.
Cancellations
Changes or cancellations to orders once production has commenced will incur charges for work
performed up to that point and a cancellation charge of $80.00 [R]. No changes or cancellations
will be accepted unless sent by facsimile and confirmed by Gordon Sinclair in writing.
Changes To Existing Order
All changes must be made in writing and confirmed via acknowledgement.
Co-op Pricing
Co-op programs will be extended the End-Quantity Price providing at least the minimum quantity
is ordered for each release. Normal set-up charges apply. A $30.00 [V] release charge will
apply to each order. All other applicable charges are as per the standard catalog pricing. A copy
of the catalog page or web site address in which you are featuring the item must be submitted. All
co-op purchase orders must state “CO-OP PROGRAM” with the Gordon Sinclair quote number,
which is assigned when the catalog is submitted.
Copy-Changes or Corrections
Require new screen charges for all new copy involved $60.00 [V]. Plus new paper proof $6.00[V].
Copy-Color Changes
Same logo, new ink color is an ink color charge of $25.00 [V].
Custom Quotes
As a manufacturer, we are able to modify existing products or create new ones. Call factory for
quotes on custom products or for large quantity quotes.
Drop-Shipments
A drop-shipment charge of $8.00 [R] on each shipment after the first shipment will be applicable.
International drop-shipments are charged at $16.00 [R] per location.
Increased Order Size
All orders that have not yet shipped will be able to be increased in order size by sending a revised
purchase order via fax.
Intermediate Quantity Pricing
If quantity is between catalog quantities, your order will be billed at the lower quantity price.
Less Then Minimum
For less than minimum quantities, please add an additional 20% of net cost. Absolute minimum is
one box of product.
Overruns and Underruns
We reserve the right to ship and bill by 5% over or under your order quantity.
Patent Notice
Many of Gordon Sinclair’s products are patented or patent pending with the US Government Patent
office. These products are subject to copyright, patent or other property rights of Gordon
Sinclair and should not be reproduced in whole or in part without express permission from GS.
Payment Terms
New customers must include trade references and a credit card number for all new orders.
Credit checks on new accounts are subject to take up to two weeks. Cash, check, money
order, Visa, MasterCard or American Express is required with each purchase. 2.5% surcharge is
needed with all credit card orders. Net 30 days is provided for approved accounts. All invoices
must be paid within 30 days or interest charges will be assessed on all past due accounts. Accounts
past due will delay production until the account is current. Shipping dates will then be
scheduled.
PMS Color Match
All PMS color match charges are $30.00 [V] per color, per order. Exact color is not guaranteed.
PMS Stock Colors
All standard colors are available at no additional charge. 108 (Lemon), 123 (Medium Yellow), 137
(Dark Yellow), 172 (Orange), 021 (Orange), 186 (Carmine Red), 485 (Red), 2745 (Violet), 240
(Dark Pink), 348 (Green), 350 (Hunter Green), 168 (Light Brown), Black, White, 877 (Silver), 872
(Gold), 282 (Navy), Reflex Blue, Process Blue, Cool Gray #7.
Pricing
List prices include a one color, one location imprint. Prices are per piece based on quantity
ordered. Pricing is subject to change without notification. Prices do not include freight charges.
We are not responsible for typographical errors on the site or in the catalog copy or photography
misrepresentations. Production Time Standard delivery time for imprinted orders is
usually 5-7 working days from receipt of artwork approval. Lead time for custom overseas projects
will vary. Non-imprinted orders will ship in 1-2 days.
Proofs
Paper Proofs are mandatory with every order at a cost of $6.00 [V]. All paper proofs must be
signed and faxed back to us in order to proceed to production. Physical pre-production proofs
are $65.00 [V] plus setup, shipping and product cost. Virtual proofs are available upon request for
$12.00 [V].
Repeat Orders
Must include previous P.O. number and logo specifications. Art is held for a 12 month period
from date of receipt. Re-setup charges are $30.00 [V] per screen. PMS color match is
$30.00 [V] per color. Paper proof charge is $6.00 [V] per logo. All additional charges are
applicable.
Returns and Allowances
Merchandise found to be incorrect due to our error will be replaced at no cost if returned within
30 days of receipt. A written authorization from Gordon Sinclair is required prior to any returns.
Merchandise returned with no such authorization, including random samples, will not be accepted
and will be returned to the sender. No credit will be issued for merchandise that is not authorized.
Running Charges
Running charges for pad and screen-printing are an additional $0.60 [V] per imprint and/or
location. 4 color process imprinting method run charges are $2.00 [V], second side imprint same
logo is an additional $1.00 [V]. Inside imprints are available on clear color mugs and tumblers only
for an additional $1.20 [V]. Wrap around imprints are available on certain models for an additional
$1.20 [V]. Running charges for etching is $2.50 [V].
Samples
Random samples and blank samples are sold at EQP plus shipping and handling charges. For
next day shipments, orders MUST arrive by 1PM EST.
Screen Charges
Screen and setup charges for pad and screenprinting are $60.00 [V] per imprint color, per
location. Reset up charges for pad printing and screen-printing are $30.00 [V]. 4 color process
screen charges are $200.00 [V]. Screen charges for etching are $120 [V] each.
Self Promotions
Items used for self-promotions will be invoiced at EQP less 20%. All screen and setup charges
apply. 72 piece minimum order.
Shipping Method
All products are shipped FOB our warehouse by FedEx ground and are insured at the value
of merchandise invoiced. Freight charges will be added to the invoice. Insurance will be included
in shipping charges. The factory cannot be responsible for delays or damages en route. All
claims should be promptly filed by purchaser with the carrier at the time of delivery. Since the
factory has no control after shipment has been turned over to the freight carrier, specific delivery
dates cannot be guaranteed. International shipments will incur an additional charge of $20.00
[R] and all shipping documents must be supplied by the distributor.
We cannot be responsible for delays in customs after shipment leaves our factory. NOT RESPONSIBLE

only. The factory assumes no responsibility for determining who does or does not hold claim
to a trademark or logo. Logos or trademarks displayed herein are to show design capabilities
