Quotes
Standard catalog quotes are generally delivered within 24 hours for standard catalog products. Depending on the complexity of your custom request, quote time may vary. An estimated production schedule is provided with each quote.
Quotes are valid for 14 days from date issued. Expired quotes must be re-confirmed, however, we strive to honor the originally quoted price.
Freight Costs
Freight and duty costs vary for each order. Product size, weight, material and final destination must be considered when quoting freight costs. We will work to provide you with a freight estimate at the time of quoting or prior to your purchase order submission. Should changes occur during the production of your order, it is your responsibility to request a revised freight quote. If you choose to ship via your own shipping method, handling and palletization charges will apply.

Gordon Sinclair will work with you to deliver your order anywhere in the world based on your customer specifications and desired ship method.
Most products entering the United States are subject to customs inspection and duty. We handle all customs paperwork and clearance processing to ensure your order meets all importing regulations. We are CTPAT (Customs Trade Partners Against Terrorism) certified since 2005. Our products are often cleared on the water prior to final port destination.
We work closely with port warehouses to monitor the unloading, storage and availability of your cargo to ensure that delivery meets your customer’s expectations.
Compliance
To ensure your social and product compliance standards are met, we provide comprehensive quality control overseas. We have in-house testing labs and a dedicated compliance team to inspect products throughout the manufacturing process. We work closely with you to build products to your customers’ specifications and keep you informed of the changes and complexities of applicable product testing and safety standards. We are compliant with the new CPSIA regulations, and adhere to all local, state and federal regulations. By law, Gordon Sinclair name and style numbers must be written on country of origin labels for trackability purposes.
